In April, police said a witness reported seeing Theodore Weniger and the girl in the trailer on multiple occasions without clothing.
According to charging documents, other witnesses reported seeing the girl, Theodore Weniger and Briana Weniger smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol in the trailer.
The 16-year-old girl disclosed during a forensic interview that she and Theodore Weniger had been naked in the trailer many times, police said.
She also disclosed that Theodore Weniger asked her to touch him inappropriately, and convinced her to do it by referencing the Bible, documents showed.
Police said the girl further disclosed that she drank and smoked marijuana with Briana Weniger.
Other witnesses interviewed by police reported that Theodore Weniger had set up a camera to watch the 16-year-old girl sleep.
Upon further investigation, police said Theodore Weniger was found to have videos of the girl saved to an online account.
Theodore Weniger was interviewed in May by police. He told police he provided marijuana to the 16-year-old, police said, as well as to smoking it with her and his wife.
Documents showed that Theodore also told police he and the girl had been naked in the trailer several times.
