VALENCIA — Valencia Presbyterian Church has partnered with Abitibi-Consolidated Recycling to begin a community recycling program.A bin has been placed in the church parking lot, 80 Sterrett St., for community residents and businesses to drop off paper items, including newspapers, magazines, catalogs and mail.Cardboard, phone books and kitchen or bath products are not accepted.
