Community craft show scheduled

Newhaven Court at Clearview, 100 Newhaven Lane, will hold its fifth annual fall craft show from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

New this year are a petting zoo and a piano performance. More than 30 vendors will participate in the show, which features jewelry, candy, cookies, knitting, crocheting and other crafts.

Pumpkin rolls, apple dumplings and other food will be available.

Pancake brunch benefits museum

HARMONY — The Harmony Museum’s annual Pumpkin Pancake Brunch fundraiser will be from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the museum’s Stewart Hall, 218 Mercer St.

The brunch will include pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, fruit and beverages.

Meridian United hosts Trunk or Treat

MERIDIAN — Meridian United Presbyterian Church, 4150 Highland Ave., will host Trunk or Treat in the church parking lot from 4 to 6 p.m. Oct. 25.

Children can use a bounce house, corn maze, petting zoo and more, all while collecting treats.

Fall festival slated at Christ Community

Christ Community United Methodist Church, 205 N. Duffy Road, will have a community Fall Fest and Trunk and Treat from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Oct. 25.

There will be doughnuts, a fun house, pumpkin painting, hot apple cider, pony rides and a bonfire. Costumes are optional.

Sisters will share psychic stories

CRANBERRY TWP — Sisters Jean and Suzanne Vincent will return to the Cranberry Public Library, 2525 Rochester Road, at 6 p.m. Oct. 28.

Called psychic investigators, the Vincents will discuss some of their most famous cases and share ghost stories and tales of visits to haunted places.

Take a can of cat or dog food for the Butler County Humane Society.

Alameda lights haunted bonfire

The Butler County Parks and Recreation Department will host the Alameda Park Haunted Bonfire at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 25 at the Masonic Shelter in the park.

Visitors will enjoy ghost stories, a piñata, the Alameda Treasure Dig, hot dogs, hot chocolate and the fire. Halloween costumes are encouraged.
