Police Reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
Aug. 24 — Anne M. Kollar, 44, of Cranberry Township, was charged with four counts of misdemeanor reckless endangerment, and summaries criminal mischief and harassment. Police said she put wood screws in someone’s tires.
Aug. 24 — Heath R. Monson, 51, of Cranberry, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving property damage. Police said he left the scene of a crash without providing information.
Aug. 24 — Timothy R. Goerl, 38, of Rochester, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his motorcycle at Route 19 and Glen Eden Road. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.171%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Aug. 17 — Bruce G. Conner, 34, of Allison Park, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him on Route 19. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.161%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Aug. 18 — Robert A. Liscio, 63, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Route 8, Harrisville. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.151%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Aug. 17 — Jazlyn G. Moton, 25, of Upper Darby, and Imir M. Whitener, 24, of Philadelphia, were charged with felony drug sales, and two counts of misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said they were found in possession of 60 grams of crack cocaine, sandwich bags, a scale and multiple cellphones.
