Rachel A. Macefe, 35, of Butler passed away Thursday.

She was born in Butler on April 23, 1974.

A hairdresser, she owned and operated X-Treme Hair Care on South Chestnut Street in Butler and later on Hilltop Drive in Center Township.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Cindy Brandt Lambert and Bruce Lambert of North Carolina; a brother, Harold E. Shields III and his wife, Sara, of Lake City, Mich.; two sisters, Shannon Westerman and her husband, Michael, of Slippery Rock and Cassie Lambert of North Carolina; five nephews; and her two dogs, Jacob and Olie.

<B>MACEFE</B> — Friends of Rachel A. Macefe, who died Thursday, Dec. 24, 2009, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the <B>Martin Funeral Home</B>, 429 Center Ave., Butler. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev.
