Brian L. Gaiser
Brian L. Gaiser, 75, of Boyers passed away peacefully Monday at his home.
Born July 22, 1936, in Boyers, he was the son of Fisk and Anna Katherine Saylor Gaiser.
Brian graduated from Grove City High.
He was a member of the Boyers United Methodist Church.
Brian was a rural mail carrier out of Hilliards and Boyers from 1973 up to his retirement.
He was a lifelong resident of Boyers and was very active in the Boyers Volunteer Fire Department in his younger years.
Brian played in many local baseball leagues when he was younger.
Brian and his father, Fisk, ran a gas and service station in Boyers for many years. He also drove a school bus for Campbell Buses. Not only did he haul school children to school, but he also made many trips to the Pirates baseball games in Pittsburgh.
Brian served as a Marion Township supervisor in previous years.
He was a life member of the Grove City F&AM Masonic Lodge 603 and of the New Castle Consistory.
Brian was a giving and caring man. He was always there to help or lend a hand, and he loved to be with his dog, Muffin.
Surviving are his uncle, Jack Gaiser of Chicora; numerous cousins, and many close friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; uncles, Don Gaiser, Walt Saylor, Robert Saylor and Abe Saylor; and an aunt Georgetta Kiser.
<B>GAISER</B> — The family of Brian L. Gaiser, who died Monday, Nov. 28, 2011, will receive friends at the <B>Larry E. McKinley Funeral Home</B>, 109 Emlenton St., Clintonville, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. The funeral service will be at the Boyers United Methodist Church at 11 a.m. Friday with an hour of visitation at the church before the service. The Rev.
