BUTLER TWP — The Butler School Board has approved changes to its committee meeting times, but they will still be held before full board meetings.

The education and finance committees will have monthly meetings concurrently from 6 to 7:15 p.m. on the second Monday of the month. These will be composed of board members to be selected.

The full board meeting will follow at 7:30 p.m.

On the third Monday of the month, the committee of the whole will meet from 6 to 7:15 p.m. for discussion with the board meeting at 7:30 p.m.

The policy and athletic committees will meet at least quarterly with dates and times determined as needed. Each committee will have a minimum of three board members, according to board President Nina Teff.

The education and finance committees will meet at 6 p.m. Jan. 11, followed by the board meeting at 7:30 p.m.

The committee of the whole will meet at 6 p.m. Jan. 19 before the 7:30 p.m. board meeting.
