Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Buffalo Twp

Aug. 15 — Sarah A. Felix, 38, and Jason E. Weaver, 40, both of DuBois, were charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said Felix was found with 40 stamp bags of suspected heroin, and Weaver was found with seven stamp bags of suspected heroin.

Aug. 14 — Duane T. Rapp, 51, of Sarver, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped his vehicle on South Pike Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.273%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Butler Twp

Aug. 14 — Desmond D. Simmons, 37, of New Kensington, was charged with misdemeanors simple assault and unauthorized use of motor vehicles and summary harassment. Police said he punched someone and threw a car seat at them before driving their vehicle without permission.

Aug. 14 — Maria J. Slick, 25, of Butler, was charged with felony theft and misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she attempted to leave Sheetz with unpaid merchandise and was found with a small amount of marijuana.

Cranberry Twp

Aug. 17 — Alexander J. Rodriguez, 22, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor eluding police. Police said he failed to comply for a traffic stop.

Aug. 17 — Kristin M. Hersh, 36, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said she left Walmart with $195 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Middlesex Twp

Aug. 17 — Amanda L. Doerr, 30, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said she spit in someone’s face.

Aug. 17 — Clifford E. Watson, 33, of Emlenton, was charged with misdemeanor operation of a vehicle without ignition interlock after police stopped him on Route 8.

Aug. 17 — Nathan D. Michael, 26, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanors eluding an officer and operation of a vehicle without ignition interlock. Police said he did not comply to a traffic stop on Route 8.

State police, Butler

Aug. 21 — Lucille M. Unger, 35, of Slippery Rock, was charged with felony contraband and misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she was found with six pills while being processed into Butler County Prison.

Aug. 21 — Bryan F. Hurley, 36, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his vehicle on New Castle Road, Connoquenessing Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment.

Aug. 21 — David J. Lang, 52, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Mercer Street, Butler City. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.119%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Aug. 18 — David C. Morrow, 22, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors terroristic threats and harassment and summary disorderly conduct. Police said he threatened someone with harm several times.

Aug. 16 — Michael J. Walters, 23, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Route 8. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.08%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Aug. 16 — Theresa A. Hinchberger, 47, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after police stopped her on West New Castle Street, Butler. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of THC in her system. A small amount of marijuana was also found in her vehicle, police said.

Aug. 16 — Stephanie J. Sherry, 34, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her on Bullcreek Road, Jefferson Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later breath test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.106%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Aug. 16 — Jason A. Grigoletti, 22, of Butler, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Mercer Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of THC in his system.

Aug. 16 — Scott J. Cartwright, 42, of New Castle, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after police stopped him on New Castle Road, Muddy Creek Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of benzoylecgonine in his blood. A small amount of marijuana and a crack pipe also were found in his vehicle, police said.

Aug. 15 — Heather M. Baer, 45, of West Sunbury, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and summaries harassment and public drunkenness. Police said she repeatedly set off her car alarm and punched someone.

Aug. 15 — Jenna T. Kern, 32, of Apollo, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she was found with suspected crack cocaine and 11 brick-like tablets.
