Robert M. Barnes, 22, of Cabot waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, DUI, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and driving without headlights, filed Dec. 10 by Saxonburg police.

Joann Capiross, 47, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and failure to keep right, filed Dec. 2 by Saxonburg police.

Christine M. Clark, 40, of Sarver was held for court on a charge of criminal mischief, filed Oct. 19 by Buffalo Township police.

Jacob J. Marak, 28, of Saxonburg waived to court a charge of simple assault, filed Dec. 4 by Saxonburg police.
