Saint Andrews United Presbyterian Church, 201 E. Jefferson St., partnering with Operation Spay/Neuter, will host their fourth annual Chili Cookoff from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the church.

Twelve $1,000 scholarships will be awarded in May.
