EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Bradley Stuart Engbarth, 29, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 7 by Mars police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Jeffrey Michael Allison, 26, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 28 by Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, improper screening and two counts of failure to notify change in name and/or address.

Luke Clawson, 24, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 4 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to drive at safe speeds.

CRANBERRY TWP — Interim District Judge Joseph O'Donnell, Jr. recently heard these cases:Gary Gunther Griwatz, 56, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 16 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.Aaron C. Ramella, 30, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 16 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection.Trevor Alan Litz, 20, of Moon Township, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 16 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, minors prohibiting operating a vehicle with any alcohol in their systems, failing to drive at safe speeds, disregard of traffic lane and buying alcohol by a minor.William R. Kisling, Jr., 47, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 16 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.Andrew James DiPlacido, 28, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 16 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.John George Zelik, 28, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 16 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and failing to drive at safe speeds.Joseph Michael Glinka, 45, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 23 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, driving while license is suspended, failing to obey duties at a stop sign, minors prohibited with operating a vehicle with any alcohol in their systems and buying alcohol by a minor.Mark William Robinson, 26, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 16 by Cranberry Township police with corruption of minors and selling/furnishing alcohol to a minor.Richard Allen Carmichael, 25, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. She was charged Jan. 24 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
