EVANS CITY – District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Justin Michael Getty, 19, of Portersville, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 12 by Zelienople police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Joshua Castrucci, 28, of Beaver Falls, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 25 by Zelienople police with conspiring to access a device issued to another.

Michael Ferguson, 34, of Beaver Falls, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 25 by Zelienople police with conspiring to access a device issued to another, receiving stolen property, and theft from a motor vehicle.

Tiffany Marie Kroll, 27, of Renfrew, waived her case to court. Kroll was charged Aug. 18 by state police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

Brian M. Ellis, 48, of Valencia, waived his case to court. Ellis was charged Aug. 26 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeffrey Prysock, 48, of North Braddock, waived to court a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was charged by Lancaster Township police Aug. 10.

Tyler James Gallagher, 19, of Harmony, waived his case to court. Gallagher was charged Aug. 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol, purchase of alcohol by a minor, disregard for a traffic lane and underage drinking.

Richard Mark Gardner of Harmony, waived his case to court. Gardner was charged Aug. 1 by state police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, driving the wrong way and disregard for a traffic lane.

Bennie Ruffins, 38, of Coraopolis, waived his case to court. Ruffins was charged July 6 by Adams Township police with interfering with the custody of a committed person.

Krystle Irene Gregg, 27, of Butler, waived her case to court. Gregg was charged Aug. 26 by state police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Charles Patrick Norris IV, 20, of Butler, waived his case to court. Norris was charged Aug. 26 by state police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Tyson Aquaviva, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Aquaviva was charged June 24 with invasion of privacy and disorderly conduct.Samuel Adam Magiske, 19, of Cranberry Township, waived his case to court. Magiske was charged July 8 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving an unsafe vehicle.Delilah Mae McBroom, 24, of Pittsburgh, waived her case to court. McBroom was charged on Sept. 4 with conspiracy to commit forgery, theft, receiving stolen property, forgery, access device fraud, and unlawful use of a computer.
