ADAMS TWP — Tradition will be observed when a new fire truck is commissioned into service at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Adams Area Fire District.
Fire Chief Bill Hayes said various fire departments will participate in the traditional wetdown ritual, in which the department's 2014 Seagrave Attacker HD Pumper will be soaked by the neighboring trucks' hoses.
