Sentence court

The following defendants were sentenced Tuesday, Aug. 1, by Butler County Common Pleas Judge Kelley Streib.

Melissa M. Cammisa, 38, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 30 to 72 months in state prison after pleading guilty to a felony count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver filed by state police after she sold eight stamp bags of heroin that also contained fentanyl to an informant on Dec. 2, 2020, in Butler.

Cammisa was admitted into the pretrial drug treatment court program on April 28, 2022. She was placed on electronic monitoring effective Nov. 14 that year, and the electronic monitoring was removed Jan. 3 this year, according to court records.

However, on Feb. 27, the probation office requested a hearing for an alleged program violation. At the hearing on May 19, Streib removed Cammisa from the program and scheduled a sentencing hearing.

Cheryl Ann Garvin, 63, of Cabot, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, including 10 days of house arrest, pay a $1,000 fine and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a charge of driving under the influence filed by state police following a Nov. 3, 2021, incident in Winfield Township. She was accepted into the accelerated rehabilitative disposition program in April 2022 but removed from the program in March.

Matthew Ray Salomon, 30, of Pulaski, Lawrence County, was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation, pay fines totaling $600, complete a firearms safety class and have no contact with the victim after pleading guilty to two charges of recklessly endangering another person filed by Butler City police following an Oct. 15, 2022, incident.

Dominick Michael Toth, 25, of Wexford, was sentenced to serve six months to 23 months and 15 days in prison, but was immediately paroled to serve six months of house arrest and pay $757 in restitution to GetGo and $536 in restitution to Cranberry Super Mini Mart after pleading guilty to a felony charge of attempted burglary filed by Cranberry Township police following a March 8, 2022, incident.

Tyler Emerey Condron, 32, of Jeannette, Westmoreland County, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation, including 105 days of house arrest, pay a $1,500 fine and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to his second DUI offense filed by Cranberry Township police following a Dec. 2, 2022, incident.

Katie Linn Faulconbridge, 39, of Painesville, Ohio, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, including 10 days of house arrest, pay a $1,000 fine and complete eight hours of litter pickup after pleading guilty to a DUI charge filed by state police following an Oct. 9, 2018, incident in Worth Township.

Samuel Miles Rupp, 37, of Butler, was sentenced to serve three months to 23 months and 15 days in prison, but was immediately paroled to serve 12 months of probation and pay a $300 fine after pleading guilty to charges of terroristic threats and simple assault filed by Butler Township police following a July 3, 2022, incident.

Brandi Patricia Zediker, 27, of Valencia, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance filed by the attorney general’s office following a Jan. 18, 2020, incident.

Davion Lee Morgan, 20, of McKeesport, Allegheny County, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of simple assault filed by state police following a Feb. 7, 2022, incident in Summit Township.

Matthew Creighton Robinson, 38, of Altoona, Blair County, was sentenced to serve six months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of harassment filed by Butler Township police following a March 28, 2020, incident.

Dustin Lance Bennett, 34, of Youngstown, Ohio, was sentenced to serve six to 23 months in the county prison, but will be paroled when he pays $220 in restitution after pleading guilty to theft charge filed by Butler City police following an Aug. 5, 2021, incident.

Trevor Gregory Walker, 33, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 48 hours to six months in the county prison after pleading guilty to a DUI charge filed by state police from Mercer County following an Aug. 13, 2022, incident, in Center Township.

Matthew Grant Williams, 45, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation and pay a $100 fine after pleading guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed by the state police bureau of investigation following a Dec. 2, 2020, incident in Summit Township.

Julie Renee Hobbs, 36, of Sarver, was sentenced to serve 30 months of probation, pay $300 in fines and complete mental health and anger management therapy and comply with Butler County Children & Youth Services recommendations after pleading guilty to two counts of recklessly endangering another person and two counts of harassment filed in two cases by state police following Nov. 6, 2022, and May 29, 2022, incidents in Clinton Township.

Todd Alan Moore, 54, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 30 days to one year in prison, but was immediately paroled to serve 30 days of house arrest and pay $373 in restitution to Walmart after pleading guilty to a retail theft charge filed by Butler Township police following a June 16, 2022, incident.

Dillon Scott Mayberry, 22, of Butler, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, including 30 days of house arrest, pay a $750 fine and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to his second DUI offense filed by state police following a Sept. 7, 2022, incident in Center Township.
