Mrs. William Dunn, at right, of Third Avenue, the Block Parent chairwoman in the Broad Street Elementary School area, has twin reasons to prevent crimes against children — 7-year-old daughters Terry and Kathleen Dunn, in front of the door. They are second graders at the school. The Snoopy sign at their home may mean an emergency haven for other elementary school students on their way to or from school.
