State Police, Butler

Oct. 5 — Bella Rose Burk, 23, of Grove City, was charged with possession of a controlled substance after she allegedly found was with heroin at the Sheetz in Harrisville on Sept. 11.

Oct. 5 — Sydney Paige McKenzie, 21, of Maryland, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana following a traffic stop on Interstate 79 in Worth Township on July 6.

Oct. 4 — Zekiah Nasyn Jones, 21, of Virginia, was charged with carrying a loaded weapon after a gun, which later was determined to be loaded, was observed between the driver seat and center console of a car he was driving following a traffic stop on Interstate 79 in Worth Township on July 6.

Oct. 4 — Lindsay Theresa Harms, 35, of Pittsburgh, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and four summary traffic violations after the sport utility vehicle she was driving allegedly struck another vehicle on I-79 in Muddy Creek Township and left the scene on June 6. After she was located, eight Clonazepam pills were found in her vehicle, police said.

Oct. 5 — Kevin E. Gumpp, 57, of Evans City, was charged with DUI and three summary traffic violations following a traffic stop on New Castle Road near Pflugh Road in Franklin Township on Aug. 20.

Oct. 4 — Bruce Aaron Smith, 31, of Washington, Pa., was charged with DUI and three summary traffic violations following a traffic stop on New Castle Road in Butler Township on Sept. 11.

Oct. 4 — Cruz Derek Roy, 29, of Harmony, was charged with DUI and five summary traffic violations following a traffic stop on Route 422 in Butler Township on July 31.

Butler Township

Oct. 4 — Kaylie Diane Walters, 31, of Renfrew, was charged with DUI and two summary traffic violations after the vehicle she was driving allegedly struck a stop sign at the intersection of Reiber Road and Plateau Street on Aug. 9.

Cranberry Township

Oct. 5 — Joseph Thomas Shuttleworth, 33, of Ellwood City, was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly taking a speaker system from Walmart on Aug. 21.

Oct. 1 — Jesse Ryan Kimmel, 32, unknown address, was charged with two counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of retail theft for allegedly taking $232 in merchandise from Lowe’s on July 11.

Oct. 1 — Ryan Joseph Hatcher, 33, of Ohio, was charged with four counts of retail theft, four counts of receiving stolen property and four counts of possessing instruments of crime after allegedly taking merchandise from Lowe’s on Jan. 17, Feb. 3 and Feb. 29.

Oct. 1 — Matthew L. McCale, 58, of Ohio, was charged with two counts of retail theft, three counts of receiving stolen property and one count of possessing instruments of crime for allegedly taking merchandise from Lowe’s on Jan. 17, Feb. 3 and Feb. 29.
