EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Darren R. Halli, 27, of Ambridge, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 21, 2005, by the Lancaster Township police with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, nine counts each of receiving stolen property and forgery, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to commit forgery and conspiracy to receive stolen property.

Kayleigh Ann Hartzell, 18, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged April 17 by the Zelienople police with possession of marijuana.

Kenneth H. Meyers, 62, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged March 13 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and careless driving.

Ronald Albert Kapsin, Jr., 25, of Renfrew had his case held to court. He was charged April 3 by the state police with simple assault and two counts of harassment.

Charles Joseph Cole, 26, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged March 16 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, driving an unregistered vehicle, failing to obey duties at a stop sign, failure to yield at a yield signal and careless driving.

CRANBERRY TWP —- District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Ruth Washington, 51, of Belleview, Fla., waived her case to court. She was charged May 8 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property, driving at unsafe speeds, failure to obey duties at a stop sign and recklessly endangering another person.Matthew George Born, 23, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 15 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.Sean L. Madden, 36, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 15 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
