CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell Jr. recently heard these cases filed by the Cranberry Township police:

Jennifer Lee Courson, 29, of Glassport waived her case to court. She was charged June 18 with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Lisa Brittner, 36, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged June 24 with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Andrew James Medsger, 22, of Gibsonia waived his case to court. He was charged May 9 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Robert Raymond Ryder, 19, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 20 with the possession and use of drug paraphernalia.

Andrew Ross Williams, 20, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 21 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cody James Fotta, 29, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged June 7 with retail theft and driving with a suspended license.

Charles Jason Cotta, 31, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged June 7 with retail theft.

Ryan Anthony Cetti, 25, of Tarentum waived his case to court. He was charged June 25 with retail theft and criminal trespass.

Mark William Robinson, 26, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 14 with criminal mischief and criminal conspiracy.

Rory Rieger, 21, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged March 25 by Butler County detectives with criminal conspiracy, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.
