Kids and adults are invited to Butler Beauty Academy, 233 S Main St. in Butler, from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday, July 10, for a Kids Day makeover event to benefit Butler Beauty Academy students.

Tickets for the event will be sold at the door. Tickets cost $15 for one and $25 for two.

Admission includes a princess or superhero hairdo which will be styled with hair chalk or hair tinsel, face paint or makeup, a crown or superhero cape and one doughnut per child.

Upper Crust, located next door, will have special kids day coupons, allowing children to get a free cookie and parents to receive discounts on food.

Funds raised will help cover tuition for future students.
