Breifly, I was an employee of the Municipality of Bethel Park for 23 years. In approx. 1982, and after being drunk on the job, I went to a rehab. This was in our union contract, and therefore agreed also by the manager of the Municipality. We were given a one time deal to "get sober" back then in a 28 day program. This is quite common in government contract these days.
