Rick and Kim Hirsch of Butler celebrated 25 years of marriage recently with a family dinner.

The former Kim Slupe married Hirsch on Nov. 15, 1980, at Summit United Presbyterian Church in Butler.

They have two children, Jason Hirsch and Dawn Hirsch, both of Butler.

Hirsch is currently serving in the Air Force completing his second year of service in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is scheduled to return to work at AK Steel in December.

Mrs. Hirsch is a homemaker and former employee of the County of Butler.

The couple belongs to First United Methodist Church in Butler.
