MUDDY CREEK TWP — The 14th annual Lake Arthur Regatta taking place Saturday and Sunday at Moraine State Park will include performances by the Allegheny Brass Band and other bands, fireworks, canoe and kayak races, children's activities and the Puddle Duck Racer World Championship.
