McBride

Dean E. McBride, 56, of Butler, formerly of the Portersville area, died early Friday morning, at the Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh following an illness.

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, on July 16, 1951, he was the son of Monica McKruit McBride and the late W. Dean McBride.

He was a 1969 graduate of Butler High School and Allegheny County Community College. He had been formerly employed as a production manager for the Kasgro Rail Corp. in New Castle.

He was an outdoors sportsman, who enjoyed hunting and fishing, and he also enjoyed classic car restoration.

Surviving are his mother of Butler; one sister, Cynthia M. (Robert) Koehring of Butler; one niece, Danielle N. Koehring of Pittsburgh, and two nephews, Devin A. Koehring of Pittsburgh and Spencer A. Koehring of Butler.
