SAXONBURG - District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:Michelle Boyer, 20, of 102 Ferrere Lane, Boyers, waived to court charges of theft, false reports to law enforcement authorities, trespass and criminal mischief, filed Dec. 15 by Middlesex Township police.John Bujak, 44, of 404 Driftwood Drive, Saxonburg, was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Feb. 7 by state police.Dennis Burns, 41, of McMurray, Washington County, was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and speeding, filed Oct. 10 by Middlesex Township police.Joseph Farley, 19, of 300 North Perry Highway, McCandless, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license. The charges were filed Oct. 22 by Penn Township police. Farley was ordered to pay $583.50 in fines and court costs.Robert Guthrie, 21, of 126 Marburger Road, Evans City, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. The charge was filed Dec. 9 by Penn Township police.Guthrie was ordered to pay $279 in fines and court costs.Shawn Held, 32, of 450 Textor Hill Road, Evans City, was held for court on a charge of defiant trespass, filed Dec. 9 by Middlesex Township police.Sandor Illes, 43, of 249 Dodds Road, Butler, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Dec. 8 by Penn Township.Michael Kline, 20, of 118 Myoma Road, Mars, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. The charge was filed Dec. 9 by Penn Township police. Kline was ordered to pay $279 in fines and court costs.Deanna McSweeny, 19, of 144 Bellwood Court, Cranberry Township, waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 9 by Penn Township police.
