The Butler County Farm Bureau Women's Committee will sponsor a bus trip to Bedford County Sept. 17.

The trip will include a tour and lunch at Bedford Springs Hotel and visits to Hebrew's Coffee Company, Founders Crossing, the National Museum of the American Coverlet and Fishers Country Store.

Abus will depart at 6:30 a.m. from Cranberry Mall, behind King's Restaurant, in Cranberry Township and at 7 a.m. from Moraine Pointe Plaza.

JEFFERSON TWP — Concordia Lutheran Ministries will host its annual summer festival from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday behind the Lund Care Center on Marwood Road.The festival will feature a summer menu, musical entertainment and 3 p.m. worship service led by the Rev. Dr. Albert Collver, executive pastoral assistant for Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, World Relief and Human Care.The event is open to the community.

Butler County Parks and Recreation Department will host a program on toys, presented by Playthings Etc., at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Masonic Shelter at Alameda Park.
