7 p.m. Tuesday — Donald Boyles of Slippery Rock reported someone damaged the front bumper of his truck while it was parked at Laurel Elementary School in Hickory Township, Lawrence County.Sept. 20 — Lynn McElwain of North Tower Road in Fombell, Lawrence County, reported someone broke into her home through a kitchen window and took jewelry, coins, cash and a green pillow case. Police are making an inventory of items taken.Sept. 17 — The state police destroyed about 18 marijuana plants a farmer found in his field on Fairview School Road in Slippery Rock Township while he was harvesting his corn.
