An open house will be held in the Slippery Rock University archives on Friday, June 23, during the university’s Alumni Weekend.

The open house will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Room 315, which is the university archive room at Bailey Library.

In addition to various SRU artifacts, the event will feature a meet-and-greet with Bob Jones, the original Rocky the Rock school mascot.

A special appearance by Rocky, Pride of the Rock, will be held from 10 to 11:15 a.m.

All students and alumni are invited to attend.
