Beatrice A. Neely, 79, of Butler died Tuesday at her home.

Born Sept. 4, 1926, in Butler, she was a daughter of Melvin J. and Josephine Fillinger Clark.

A graduate of Butler High School, she was the assistant manager of the Butler Theater and manager of the Penn Theater until her retirement in 1987.

Surviving are five children, Mrs. James (Mary Sue) Woolcock of Florida, and Tim, Phil, Bonny and David Neely, all of the Butler area; a sister, Ann "Gert" Pipkin of California; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Her husband, E.F. Neely, preceded her in death on Sept. 26, 1986.

<B>NEELY</B> — There will be no visitation for Beatrice A. Neely, who died Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2006. Burial will take place in Butler County Memorial Park. Arrangements were made by the <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B>, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.
