Irene Fleshman Croll, 88, died Tuesday after an extended illness at Sherwood Oaks Life Care Community.

She was born April 7, 1919, in Fayetteville, W.Va., a daughter of Albert Lyle Fleshman and Ethel Bays Fleshman.

Surviving are Arthur Croll, her husband of 65 years; son, Philip Arthur Croll, and his wife, Rebecca, of Aiken, S.C.; grandson, Nathan E. Croll and his wife, Kelly; great-grandsons, identical boy twins, who live in Kirkwood, Mo.; granddaughter, Tiffany Marie Horschel, and her husband, Christopher; and great-granddaughter, Darby, of Mt. Crawford, Va.

<B>CROLL </B>— Irene Fleshman Croll, who died Tuesday, March 18, 2008, willed her body for studies in scientific medicine to the Humanity Gifts Registry of the State of Pennsylvania. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 3157, Aiken, SC 29802-3157.
