Zachary James McGregor, 32, of West Sunbury, passed away Sunday, June 11, 2023.

Zachary was born Feb. 23, 1991, in Butler. He was the son of Lewis James McGregor Jr. and the late Marsha Lynne Critchfield McGregor.

Zachary was a graduate of Karns City High School and had been employed at Iron Mountain Maintenance Data Center. He was the owner of McGregor Custom Coating and a member of the VFW Paul W. Wood Post 7840. Zachary enjoyed family time, loved his children, and enjoyed the outdoors and hunting with his son and his uncles. He was excited about researching his ancestry and was looking forward to planning a trip to Scotland.

Zachary is survived by his father, Lewis James “Jim” McGregor Jr., and Judy Sankey; his significant other, Ain Williams of West Sunbury; one son, Tucker McGregor, and one daughter, Sawyer McGregor, both of West Sunbury; Ain’s daughter, Kairi Chestnut; and two brothers, Jeremy (Meagan) McGregor and David (Lesley) McGregor. Also surviving are his maternal grandparents, Harold and Mary Oesterling Critchfield, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Zachary was preceded in death by his mother, Marsha McGregor; his paternal grandparents, Marybelle Moore McGregor and Lewis James McGregor Sr.; and his aunt and uncle, Karen and Ed McGregor.

MCGREGOR — A memorial for Zachary James McGregor, who died Sunday, June 11, 2023, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at 399 West Eldorado Road, Parker.

Arrangements are under the direction of WILLIAM F. YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 132 Main St., West Sunbury.
