The Steiners in 1961

Ralph and Phyllis “Jerry” Steiner of Chicora celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner at The Villa.

Steiner married the former Phyllis Morrison on Sept. 23, 1961, in Freeport.

They have four children, Michael Steiner of Cross Junction, Va., Penny Mourer, Matthew Steiner and Jill Ealy, all of Chicora.

They also have 10 grandchildren.

Steiner is retired from Walsh Equipment Company.

He is a member of the Happy Hunters Horse Shoe and Pool Leagues and the Chicora Moose.

Mrs. Steiner was a homemaker.

The Steiners enjoy camping, traveling and spending time with their grandchildren.

They are members of Mater Delorosa Roman Catholic Church.
