BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Tricia T. Bailey, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, trespass, four counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed June 17 by township police.

Jason S. Beckwith, 38, of Butler waived to court a felony count of retail theft and charges of receiving stolen property, theft by deception and conspiracy to commit theft by deception, filed May 8 by township police.

Beckwith, in a separate case filed April 27 by township police, waived a felony count of retail theft.

Andraleigh R. Brown, 28, of Lyndora waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a stop sign violation, filed March 27 by township police.

Brian M. Buerkle, 22, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and disregarding traffic lanes, filed June 16 by township police.

Alicia N. Bures, 28, of Butler waived to court a felony count of retail theft, filed June 30 by township police.

James G. Callen, 25, of Hilliards waived to court charges of DUI, driving with an open container of alcohol, driving with an obstructed windshield and an equipment violation, filed June 30 by state police.

Wesley R. Chapman, 23, of Roseville, Ohio, waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed July 26 by township police.

Patricia B. Charles, 53, of Lyndora waived to court two felony counts of retail theft and a charge of trespass, filed July 22 by township police.

Jamie F. Hook, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, with two stop sign violations, careless driving and failing to notify authorities of a change in address, filed April 23 by township police.

James S. Karam, 49, of Renfrew was held for court on charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed May 14 by state police.

Tyler J. Karch, 27, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing a controlled substance, filed June 22 by township police. Karch was ordered to pay $874 in fines and court costs.

Harry D. Koch, 46, of Lyndora waived to court charges of DUI, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and failing to stop at a red light, filed March 18 by township police.

John R. Kolakowski, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed July 24 by township police.

Roberta L. Knepper, 34, of Hilliards was held for court on charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and public drunkenness, filed July 1 by township police.

Leah C. McGee, 25, of Cabot was held for court on three counts of retail theft and charges of identity theft, receiving stolen property, theft by deception and false reports to police, filed June 17 by township police.

Katelyn J. Messer, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and possessing a small amount of marijuana, filed June 29 by state police.

Dean M. Minto, 45, of East Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, filed June 9 by township police.

Norma B. Nieto, 43, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of DUI, filed May 15 by township police.

Anthony D. Riegel, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with an open container of alcohol and careless driving, filed May 4 by township police.

John D. Rob, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed July 26 by township police.

Tasha M. Robinson, 23, of Butler waived to court a charge of possessing a drug paraphernalia, fled June 29 by township police.

George T. Seman, 49, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and disregarding traffic lanes, filed June 29 by township police.

Gerald L. Stewart, 68, of Slippery Rock waived to court two counts of false reports to police, filed June 25 by township police.

Joseph B. Studeny, 18, of Renfrew waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, underage drinking, reckless driving, careless driving and texting while driving, filed May 22 by township police.

Jesse M. Vereb, 19, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, careless driving and two counts of disregarding traffic lanes, filed June 19 by township police.

Keith L. Weisenstein Jr., 43, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving a vehicle without valid inspection, a lighting violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed July 6 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Tammy Jo Kachik, 32, of Grove City waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed June 16.Billy Lou Morgan, 52, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, intoxicated pedestrian causing a hazard, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, making an improper left turn and careless driving, filed June 9.

SLIPPERY ROCK — Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Casey M. Arblaster, 26, of Mercer waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, and careless driving, filed June 9 by state police.Kelly M. Lott, 28, of Harrisville waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct, filed June 26 by Slippery Rock police.Elizabeth M. Martin, 19, of Fombell, Beaver County, waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed June 9, filed by state police.Christopher G. Nye, 38, of Slippery Rock was held for court on a charge of failing to comply with registration of sexual offenders requirements, filed June 18 by state police.Jay W. Smith, 45, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, driving without valid inspection, hit-and-run, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, failing to stop and give information and render aid after an accident and driving with an open container of alcohol, filed June 17 by state police.Jacob R. Trinkley, 18, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of disorderly conduct and defiant trespass, filed June 6 by state police.
