SAXONBURG - District Justice Sue Haggerty recently ruled on these cases:

George Hazlett, 49, of 101 Cornetti Road, Cabot, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Sept. 29 by Buffalo Township police.

Jesse Maseth of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of forgery, receiving stolen property and theft by deception, filed Oct. 28 by Penn Township police.

Perry McCall Jr., 44, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges stemming from three separate cases filed by state police. The charges include burglary, theft, trespass, conspiracy and criminal mischief filed July 9; theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy filed July 13; and attempted theft and trespass filed Aug. 26.

Marvin McClammy, 50, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed July 13 by Middlesex Township police.

Charles Merten, 20, of 185 Cherry Valley Road, Saxonburg, waived to court charges of burglary and conspiracy, filed Aug. 30 by Middlesex Township police.

Michael Potocnak, 24, of Brackenridge, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Oct. 27 by Buffalo Township police.

Zachary Sawyer, 22, of 479 Main St., Prospect, waived to court charges of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and registration, unauthorized transfer or use of registration, and a turning violation, filed Nov. 16 by Penn Township police.

Richard Schadron, 40, of 404 Beaver St., Mars, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Sept. 8 by Middlesex Township police.

SLIPPERY ROCK - District Justice Clifford Woessner recently ruled on these cases:Christopher Michael Huellen, 20, of Centerville Pike waived his case to court. He is charged by state police with theft, terroristic threats and simple assault. The charges stem from a confrontation by his father about three stolen handguns taken from a safe in his home. Huellen was released on $10,000 bond and ordered to have no contact with the victim. His arraignment is Jan. 3 in Butler County Court.Derrick Hugh Uniatowski, 18, of Elm Street waived his case to court. He is charged with driving under the influence, a minor operating a motor vehicle after drinking alcohol and purchase of alcohol by a minor. He is charged by Slippery Rock University police. Uniatowski is free on personal recognizance. A hearing is set for Jan. 27 in Butler County Court.Becky S. Morgan, 40, of New Castle Road, Slippery Rock, waived her case to court. She is charged with driving under the influence, public drunkenness and having an open container. A Butler County sheriff's deputy said in the complaint he detected the odor of alcohol on her breath at a Slippery Rock High School football game on Oct. 8, and her car was parked in a no-parking zone. Morgan is free on personal recognizance. A DUI court hearing is set for Jan. 27.Matthew R. Miller, 18, of Conneaut Lake waived his case to court. He was charged by Slippery Rock University police with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 8. Miller waived an arraignment set for Jan. 10 in Butler County Court. He is free on personal recognizance.Hoa Nguyen, 20, of New Brighton waived his case to court. He was charged by SRU police with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and purchase of alcohol by a minor on Oct. 22.Devon Cameron Kuhn, 28, of Prospect waived his case to court. He was charged by state police with driving under the influence, failure to keep right, failure to yield, disregard of traffic lanes and careless driving on Oct. 20 on Route 488.Joel Crytzer, 53, of Craftsbury, Vt. was held for court. He was charged by state police with carrying a firearm without a license, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, driving under the influence and careless driving on Nov. 11. Crytzer is free on $10,000 bond. A DUI court hearing is set for Jan. 27 in Butler County Court.George Louis Hanna, 23, of Cheswick waived his case to court. He was charged by state police with driving under the influence and failure to keep right on Oct. 24. A DUI court hearing is set for Jan. 27 in Butler County Court.William Cole Christy, 21, of West Sunbury waived his case to court. He was charged by Slippery Rock Borough police with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license on Oct. 23 in the borough. Christy is free on personal recognizance. A DUI court hearing is set for Jan. 27 in Butler County Court.Neil Michael Brashear, 22, of Saxonburg waived his case to court. He was charged by Slippery Rock Borough police with driving under the influence and driving with an expired license plate on Oct. 31 in Slippery Rock. He was released on personal recognizance. A DUI court hearing is set for Jan. 27 in Butler County Court.Dylan Cain Gardner, 18, of Portersville waived his case to court. He was charged by state police with driving under the influence, purchase of alcohol by a minor and failing to use low beams on Sept. 8. He is free on personal recognizance. A DUI court hearing is set for Jan. 27 in Butler County Court.Shannon Lee McCullough, 21, of Springdale waived her case to court. She was charged by Slippery Rock Borough police with driving under the influence and driving the wrong way on a one-way street on Oct. 7 in Slippery Rock. She is free on personal recognizance. A DUI court hearing is set for Jan. 27 in Butler County Court.
