Sarah Maugiarelli scored two first-half goals to lead the Slippery Rock University women's soccer team to a 4-1 win over Clarion Tuesday night.

The win was The Rock's third in a row.

Danielle Cooper and Megan Swoger each scored a goal in the second half for SRU (5-2-2 overall, 3-0-2 in the PSAC West).

Grove City High graduate Gwen Oberlin had 17 digs, but SRU fell to Lock Haven 20-30, 24-30, 20-30.Anastasia Urbanik had nine kills, four digs and one block for The Rock (14-5, 2-2).

Westmoreland County Community College 318, Butler County Community College 326, Pitt-Titusville 351 -At Lake Arthur Country Club, the Pioneers were led by Nate Bilski (77), Matt Edgar (81), Travis Shingleton (84) and Chuck Manos (84).The Pioneers (19-3) will face Penn State-New Kensington Thursday at The Links in Apollo.
