Flooding closes street, frustrates residents in Butler
BUTLER - As West Brady Street residents came out of their homes after a Saturday filled with rain showers, they began to wash away the mud and cleanup the debris on their flooded street.
The street closed due to flooding at about 4:30 p.n. Saturday after a downpour. Residents of the neighborhood said action needs to be taken to prevent further flooding.
Resident Dave Holmes was reminded of the flooding that happened two years ago, which flooded his basement with five feet of water.
"Something needs to be done," Holmes said.
