SAXONBURG - District Judge Sue Haggerty on Monday heard these cases:
Daryl Lee Alexander, 22, of 613 Center Ave. was held for court on charges of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 12 by Penn Township police.
Nathan Frndak, 23, of 210 Lois Lane, Saxonburg, waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 26 by state police.
Shawn Goldstrom, 30, of 133 Alderson Road, Saxonburg, pleaded guilty to harassment. A simple assault charge was dismissed. The charges were filed Oct. 8 by state police. He was ordered to pay $173.50 in fines and court costs.
John Healy, 18, of 403 Collingwood Court, Cranberry Township, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, minors prohibited from operating a vehicle with any alcohol in their system, and careless driving, filed Nov. 4 by Middlesex Township police.
James Hill, 31, of 1528 Three Degree Road, Mars, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, careless driving, and moving into another lane without signaling, filed Sept. 8 by Middlesex Township police.
Brian Lee, 38, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of retail theft, attempted retail theft, criminal mischief and possessing instruments of crime, filed Dec. 13 by Penn Township police.
Lee, in a separate case, also waived to court charges of attempted theft by deception, retail theft, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving without a license, insurance and a valid inspection, filed Oct. 6 by Middlesex Township police.
Natalie Madden, 27, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of theft, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license, filed Aug. 30 by Middlesex Township police.
Kevin Magee, of 189 Lori Road, Gibsonia, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Nov. 12 by Middlesex Township police.
