6:29 a.m. Wednesday — James Caldwell reported a license plate was taken from a vehicle at his Miller Avenue home. The Pennsylvania plate is EVA9225.

Sunday — Michael A. Price, 24, of Allison Park was charged with driving under the influence. Police stopped Price at Dollar General, 324 Franklin St., after witnessing him peeling out and swerving on the roadway.Sunday — A juvenile was charged with retail theft for taking various food items from Sheetz, 304 S. Main St.

Monday — Debbie Tillander, 34, of Butler was charged with theft by deception and writing bad checks. Charges stem from a Dec. 21 incident in which Tillander purchased merchandise at Grove City Beverage, 1211 W. Main St., with a check that was written against a closed account.Sunday — Two computers valued at $2,173 each were stolen from a dorm room at Grove City College.Saturday — Joshua Packard, 20, of Mercer lost control of his vehicle while traveling south on George Junior Road and slid sideways off the road into the front yard of a residence. Packard was cited for failing to drive his vehicle at a safe speed.1:56 a.m. Saturday — Sherry Ann Harton, 41, of Mercer was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop for an equipment violation on South Center Street.

3:29 p.m. Tuesday — Clifford Daugherty, 29, of Jefferson Township was injured when the car he was driving struck a large tree along Brewer Road near Ivy Wood Road in Clinton Township. Daugherty, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital and later to Allegheny General Hospital by medical helicopter for treatment of cuts to his head, face and neck.1:20 p.m. Wednesday — Cars driven by Robert Schrecongost, 58, of Fenelton and Margaret Schmitt, 46, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, collided at Clearfield Road and Old Route 422 in Clearfield Township. The crash forced Schmitt's vehicle into a car driven by David Loll, 25, of Butler. Schecongost was cited for illegally entering an intersection after stopping at a stop sign.7:35 a.m. Monday — Vehicles driven by Patrick Magee, no age given, of Portersville and David Sweeley, no age given, of Cambridge Springs, Crawford County, collided on Route 422 at the South Shore exit in Muddy Creek Township.8:46 p.m. Friday — A car driven by Veronica Pustay, 16, of Bridgeville, Allegheny County, struck a utility pole, rolled over and landed on its wheels on Mushrush Road, near Bull Creek Road, in Jefferson Township. The girl, who was wearing a seat belt, and a passenger that police did not identify were treated for unknown injuries at Butler Memorial Hospital. Pustay was cited for driving too fast for conditions and careless driving.12:13 p.m. Jan. 25 — A pickup truck driven by Danielle Kelly, 19, of Bruin struck a tree along Route 68 in Donegal Township. Tiffany Kelly, 22, of Bruin, a passenger in the pickup, suffered minor injuries.
