SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Jeffrey Benson, 43, of Cabot waived to court a charge of theft, filed Nov. 29 by state police.

Samuel Dobrowolski, 26, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road and a lighting violation, filed Oct. 31 by Saxonburg police.

Chayne Frey, 31, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed Sept. 12 by state police.

Andrew Halstead, 25, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed Nov. 28 by Saxonburg police.

Beverly Hawk, 51, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lighting violation, filed Nov. 19 by Saxonburg police.

Timothy McCormick, 32, of Cabot was held for court on charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, illegally abandoning a vehicle and failure to immediately notify police of an accident, filed Aug. 15 by state police.

Brian Patterson, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 17 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Clifford Rihn, 30, of Wexford waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Nov. 17 by state police.

David Wuerger, 47, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Aug. 22 by state police.

Mann, 26, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Nov. 16.Robert E. McGregor, 47, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to keep right, speeding and careless driving, filed Nov. 16.James A.
