Helen Gajewski of Butler celebrated her 95th birthday with a family dinner Oct. 16.

The former Helen Yankowski was born Oct. 17, 1916, in Butler. She married the late Bernard Gajewski on June 20, 1937, at St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Church in Lyndora.

She has two children, Bernice Thoma and John Gajewski, both of Butler.

She also has two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Gajewski was a housewife.

She is a member of St. Fidelis Roman Catholic Church.
