CRANBERRY TWP — The Butler County Parent Transition Group will host a workshop from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday in the conference room at the Cranberry Campus of Butler County Community College, 250 Executive Drive, Room 118.
The workshop is open to parents of students with disabilities and provides information about the transition from high school to post-secondary education, employment and community living.
The speakers for the workshop will be representatives from BC3, and Clarion, Edinboro and Slippery Rock universities. The topic will be: What does their university have to offer a student with a disability.and What accommodations exist to assist a student with a disability to receive their education.
