2:43 a.m. Friday — Cory Adam Ritz-Milligan, 20, of Lyndora was arrested for careless driving, purchase or possession of alcohol and driving under the influence following a traffic stop on New Castle Street.

7:42 p.m. Thursday — Bryan Bricker, 40, of Petrolia was charged with driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and accidents involving damage to an attended motor vehicle after a hit-and-run accident on New Castle Road.11:36 a.m. Monday — Eric Snyder, 41, of Slippery Rock was charged with accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, failure to give information and render aid and driving on a suspended license after a hit-and-run accident on Hansen Avenue.

10:24 p.m. Friday — A vehicle driven by Justin Fields, 17, of Evans City crashed on Spithaler School Road near Ash Stop Road in Forward Township. The driver was cited for speeding. He was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.5:15 p.m. Friday — Wayne E. Nicklas, 60, of Evans City was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after a crash on Mars-Evans City Road in Forward Township. Nicklas was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.3:10 a.m. Friday — Jordan Q. Collins, 22, of Chicora was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after a crash on Route 422 near Reed Road in Clearfield Township. Collins was not wearing a seat belt and was not injured.Thursday — Carrie Lynn Reid, 30, of Butler was charged with five counts of forgery and one count of theft by unlawful taking after she allegedly signed her mother's name on five checks totaling $565.9:29 p.m. Thursday — A truck driven by Christian P. Reisler, no age given, of Renfrew and a car driven by an unnamed 17-year-old Butler girl collided on Dinnerbell Road at Knoch High School in Jefferson Township.Noon Monday — Someone driving a Mazda 6 attempted a U-turn in the front yard of a house on East Portersville Road in Muddy Creek Township, resulting in about 50 feet of tire marks. The vehicle then fled.2 a.m. Dec. 2 — Robert E. Russell Jr., 23, of Cochranton, Pa., was charged with driving under the influence and several traffic violations after a crash on Ralston Road in Slippery Rock Township. Russell was not injured, but his passenger, Matt M. Vangorder, 24, of Slippery Rock, suffered minor injuries. Both men were wearing seat belts.
