BUTLER TWP — Butler County Community College will host a career fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday in Founders Hall. More than 60 employers are scheduled to attend.

The career fair is hosted by BC3 Career Services and is open to the school's students, alumni and the public. Those seeking employment should bring copies of their resumes.

BUTLER TWP — The Pennsylvania Association of Notaries plans several seminars for notaries in Butler County in April. The seminars will be at the Comfort Inn, Route 8, Butler Township on these dates:• April 5: first time notary seminar and everyday notary challenges seminar.First time seminar, 9 a.m. to noon, fulfills the three-hour mandatory education provision for new notaries.The everyday seminar, 1 to 4 p.m., is offered in conjunction with the first time seminar. The cost is $64 per seminar.• April 6: notary reappointment and identity theft.The reappointment seminar, 9 a.m. to noon, fulfills the state's educational requirement for reappointed notaries.The identity theft seminar, 1 to 3 p.m., discusses ways identity may be stolen and how to protect customer information.The cost for each seminar is $64.• April 7: MV course advanced.This seminar, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., is the required training for returning motor vehicle agents and their employees who have previously taken the basic training or have one or more years of motor vehicle paperwork experience in Pennsylvania.Cost is $95.
