11:58 a.m. Sunday — Kevin Leyland, 59, of Butler suffered an apparent medical issue and crashed the vehicle he was driving on the Route 422 east on-ramp at Route 356. Police said Butler Ambulance Service and Butler Township Fire District 3 assisted at the scene.3:31 a.m. Sunday — A report of a woman yelling at passing traffic on Whitestown Road ended with two teens ticketed for alcohol-related offenses. Police said the suspects — Aslynn Brooks, 19, of Butler and Patience Stoddard, 18, of Cranberry Township — were both cited for public drunkenness and underage drinking.

Monday — Gigi L. Sullivan, 52, of Cheswick, Allegheny County, was charged with drunken driving stemming from a one-vehicle rollover accident about 11:30 p.m. May 2 on Valvoline Road in East Butler.In addition to driving under the influence, Sullivan is charged with failing to keep right, careless driving, giving false information and not wearing a seat belt.Friday — An unknown burglar made off with $1,200 in property from a home on Eau Claire Road in Marion Township. The break-in happened between noon Wednesday and 5:30 p.m. Friday.April 30 — Brick-toting vandals damaged at least three mailboxes on Sasse Road in Clearfield Township. The vandalism happened between 5:30 and 6 p.m.

7:40 p.m. May 6 — Four St. Petersburg youths are suspected of shooting a BB gun and throwing rocks at a house on Van Zandt Lane in Richland Township, Clarion County. The house sustained undisclosed damage.The youths, who police did not identify, face charges of criminal mischief.

6:45 p.m. Saturday — Devon Howard Ray Ruffing, 24, of Grove City was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Old Route 8 near Georgetown Road in Irwin Township.

7:06 p.m. Saturday — Jimmy D. Walker, 50, of Kittanning was arrested after an altercation at a home on Brice Lane in East Franklin Township.Walker was arraigned on charges of terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, two counts of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, and placed in the Armstrong County Jail on $10,000 bail.4 p.m. Saturday — Kevin R. Angert, 45, of Fenelton accidentally shot himself in the hand with a pistol while preparing to target shoot at the Buffalo Valley Sportsmen's Club on Yellow Dog Road in West Franklin Township.Angert, who did not immediately seek medical treatment, went to Butler Memorial Hospital on Monday. He was treated for an undisclosed injury and released.

Monday — Drawers and cabinets were opened but nothing was taken in a burglary at a house in the 3000 block of Hadley Road in Perry Township, Mercer County. The burglar broke a window to get into the home.The break-in happened between Nov. 17 and Tuesday.
