SRU’s Whipple Athlete of Week
SLIPPERY ROCK — Slippery Rock University junior Camryn Whipple has been named PSAC Western Division Women’s Lacrosse Athlete of the Week.
The junior attacker broker SRU single-game records for points and assists by scoring two goals and adding 10 assists in a 24-3 win over Edinboro. She added a hat trick against Mercyhurst to finish the week.
