BUTLERTWP — District Judge Kevin P. O'Donnell recently heard these cases:
John O. Beatty Jr., 26, of Lyndora waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 4 by Butler Township police. Beatty also waived to court charges of intimidation of witness or victims and terroristic threats, filed Jan. 22 by Butler Township police.
Joseph D. Bratkovich, 31, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 30 by Butler Township police. Bratkovich was sentenced to pay $340 in fines and court costs.
Kristy M. Cousins, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy and forgery, criminal attempt/theft by deception, and seven counts each of forgery, identity theft, access device fraud and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 7 by Butler Township police.
Marilyn W. Crowley, 30, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass, filed Feb. 4 by Butler Township police. Crowley was sentenced to pay $483 in fines and court costs.
William T. Evanoski, 49, of New Castle pleaded guilty to a charge of simple trespass, filed Jan. 7 by Butler Township police. Evanoski was sentenced to pay $291.50 in fines and court costs.
Larry R. Kley Jr., 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 2 by state police. Kley was sentenced to pay $546.50 in fines and court costs.
Crystal L. Marburger, 26, of Harmony waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and driving on roadways laned for traffic, filed Dec. 10 by Butler Township police.
Nicholas W. Minehart, 50, of Tempe, Ariz., waived to court charges of driving under the influence, wrong way on one-way road and careless driving, filed Jan. 28 by Butler Township police.
Joshua R. Molnar, 23, of Mars waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on left side of the road, driving under suspended privilege and careless driving, filed Jan. 4 by Butler Township police.
Shera C. Rennick, 29, of Butler waived to court two counts of bad checks, filed April 20, 2006, by Butler Township police. Rennick also waived to court a bad check charge filed April 27, 2006, by Butler Township police.
James P. Sullivan, 34, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Dec. 7 by Butler Township police. Sullivan was sentenced to pay $340 in fines and court costs.
Marissa M. Watson, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief, filed Jan. 7 by Butler Township police. Watson was sentenced to pay $774.50 in fines and court costs.
Jeremy O. Watterson, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy and forgery, filed Nov. 7 by Butler Township police.
Katherine E. Wilczynski, 58, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Dec. 20 by Butler Township police. Wilczynski was sentenced to pay $240 in fines and court costs.
