12:34 p.m. Monday — One person was hurt when cars driven by Donna J. Karch, 59, of Renfrew and Anna Daugherty, 25, of New Castle collided at Meridian and Whitestown roads. Daugherty was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with a head injury.Police cited Karch for running a red light.7:57 a.m. Monday — A car driven by Christopher M. Snyder, 36, of Prospect crashed on Route 422 east. Police cited Snyder for driving too fast for conditions and driving with worn tires.

4:30 a.m. Friday — Dean Dailey, 24, of Slippery Rock lost control of his vehicle and crashed on icy Liberty Street.Thursday — A hit-and-run, three-vehicle crash left two of the drivers hurt. Treated at the Grove City Medical Center for unspecified injuries were Michael Miller, 33, and Calvin Frelix, 52, both of Grove CityThe unknown third driver, who did not stop after the crash, is described as a white man with a handlebar mustache. He was wearing a ball cap. He was driving a black, full-sized Chevrolet Z71 pickup truck.Police noted that truck should have front-end damage. Anyone with information about the suspect or the wreck is asked to call police at 724-458-7925.

5:49 a.m. Jan. 3 — Victoria Ann Duffy, 20, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Kittanning Street at the Summit Township line in Butler.10:57 p.m. Dec. 31 — Ronda L. Rossi, 44, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of DUI on Route 68 at the Hill Top Mini Mart in Oakland Township.7:30 p.m. Dec. 20 — Richard Minsterman, 21, of Pittsburgh faces misdemeanor drug charges after he was found with suspected marijuana at the University Village Apartments in Slippery Rock Township.3:53 a.m. Dec. 7 — Joseph A. Walters, 26, of Chicora was arrested for suspicion of DUI at Mercer and Victor roads in Butler Township.11:30 p.m. Dec. 5 — Sylvia M. Homison, 26, of Chicora was arrested for suspicion of DUI after a crash in the 900 block of Chicora Road in Oakland Township.

7:18 p.m. Tuesday — A 16-year-old Emlenton boy lost control of his car and crashed into a tree after skidding off ice-covered Ferree Road in Richland Township, Venango County. The boy, who police did not identify, was cited for driving too fast for conditions.

4:30 p.m. Tuesday — A car driven by Delilah C. Poole, 16, of New Galilee and a sport utility vehicle driven by Brady J. Jones, 26, of Grove City collided at Route 168 and Moravaia Road in North Beaver Township. Poole was cited for a stop sign violation.7 a.m. Monday — Bryan J. Stein, 22, of Butler lost control of his car and crashed into a guardrail on slush-covered Interstate 376 in Union Township. Stein was cited for driving too fast for conditions.

2:59 p.m. Tuesday — Shylear W. Person, 18, of Grove City was caught allegedly shoplifting eight clothing items worth nearly $100 at the Walmart on West Main Street Extension in Pine Township, Mercer County.
