EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Michael John Nanna, 22, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 10 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Sara Ann Alvarez, 46, of Phoenix, waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 30 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Terence Alan Courson, 36, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 3 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Ronald Joseph Hart, 52, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 7 by Lancaster Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

John P. Hufnagel, 34, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 23 by Adams Township police with driving with a suspended license.

Donna Lynn Nellis, 43, of Zelienople, waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 16 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

David William Moore, 41, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 10 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Brandon C. Johnson, 26, of Portersville waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 12 by Jackson Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Andrew Jon Verba, 18, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 23 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and purchasing alcohol for a minor.

He was charged Feb. 8 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Mary Houk, 49, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 3 with theft by deception and writing bad checks.Greg Edward Betant, 48, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and reckless driving.Jennifer Hildenbrand, 34, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court.
