SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Michael Baptiste, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, disregarding traffic lanes, and careless driving and speeding, filed March 24 by state police.

Wendy Booth, 28, of Kittanning pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 1 by state police. Booth was ordered to pay $188 in fines and court costs.

Shawn C. Bowman, 38, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Aug. 9 by Middlesex Township police.

Robert Karenbauer, 46, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft, filed July 31 by state police,

Kelli Verno, 29, of Saxonburg waived to court a charge of hindering apprehension of prosecution, filed July 15 by the Butler County Sheriff's Office.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Gloria Jean Cravener, 44, of Kittanning waived to court a felony count of retail theft, filed July 7.Latasha Hutchinson, 19, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, conspiracy, theft, receiving stolen property and harassment, filed Sept. 5.Jimmy Kies, 40, of Butler waived to court 10 counts each of child endangerment and corruption of minors, and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 24.Joshua Ray Herald, 20, of East Butler waived to court charges of burglary and theft, filed June 23.Beverly R. Shoup, 49, of Eau Claire waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and driving with no rear lights, filed June 30.Nathaniel Teske, 21, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI and driving with a suspended license, filed June 30.Thomas A.Wallenbrock, 24, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance, filed June 23.
