Beth L. (Walter) Davidson, 86, of Natrona Heights, Harrison Township, passed away Thursday at the Good Samaritan Hospice Unit, Cabot.

Mrs. Davidson was born March 13, 1923, in Fawn Township to the late Joseph D. and Edna (Palm) Walter and has resided in the area all her life.

She was a sales associate for the former Horne's and Lazarus department stores in Natrona Heights for 19 years, before her retirement in 1989.

Beth enjoyed cooking, baking, shopping and spending time maintaining her home.

She is survived by her daughters, Caroline L. (Dr. Rodney M.) Dobrowolski of Whitehall and Barbara D. (George III) Reuning of Saxonburg; her grandchildren, Emily and Alison Dobrowolski and Katy and George IV Reuning; three brothers, Richard Walter of Bridgewater, Va., Robert Walter of Fairchance, Pa., and Louis Walter of Lower Burrell; and a sister, Ruth Cornelius of Millerstown.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Davidson Jr., on Nov. 10, 2002, to whom she was married for 53 years; and two sisters, June Smail and Virginia Davis.
