BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin P. O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Christopher M. Banks, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, filed Oct. 27 by Butler Township police.

Charles Raymond Barringer, 56, of Butler waived to court a charge of failure to comply with registration of sexual offender requirements, filed Dec. 9 by state police.

Alfred Henry Hurst, 45, of Lyndora waived to court charges of driving under the influence, operation following suspension of registration, surrender of registration plate and cards following suspension, drivers required to be licensed, driving during suspension, required financial responsibility, turning movements and required signals, general lighting requirements and operation without inspection, filed Oct. 29 by Butler Township police.

Earnest McClary Jr., 62, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft, criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 12 by Butler Township police.

Kathy Jo Rensel, 46, of Butler was held for court on charges of criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 27 by Butler Township police.

Kristin Elaine Tate, 27, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and period for requiring lighted lamps, filed Oct. 14 by Butler Township police.

Jason Lee Williams Jr., 60, of Butler was held for court on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft, criminal conspiracy, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving during suspension, filed Sept. 12 by Butler Township police.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Ruel Dennis Roberts, 52, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 17 by Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Jodi Lynn Bird, 40, of Ellwood City waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 5 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Cinthia K. Lipscomb, 32, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 20 by Jackson Township police with writing bad checks.Aaron James Leddon, 20, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 24 by Jackson Township police with possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct.

CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Dan George recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Joseph Steven Javersack, 46, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 7 by the state police with theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received, misapplication of entrusted property.Nicholas Shane Pellon, 22, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Nicholas Shane Pellon, 22, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 8 with simply assault and harassment.Jenean Maratta, 35, of Aliquippa waived her case to court. She was charged June 11 with writing bad checks.James E. Cicco, 26, of Beaver Falls waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 21 with writing bad checks.Mark Alan Warneke, 24, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 16 with delivery of a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to deliver drug paraphernalia.Regis James Haefner, 25, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Charlotte Leona Isett, 62, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 16 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving.
